Five Places I Would Love To Move To Within The US

The future is really something I have to think about because in 2 years, I will be graduating college (which would make me 26 or 27 depending), and having lived at home for all of my life, I have to think about where a future job could lead me. I have compiled a list of places I'd love to move to within the US because I don't think I can handle an overseas move.

Dallas, Texas
If there's one thing you don't know about me, it's that practically the entirety of my family is located within the Dallas area. I have lived there too, from the time I was 4 until I was 10. I have considered moving back to Dallas multiple times because they have a great job market, and the housing there is relatively affordable compared to the East Coast.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Philadelphia is only one hour away from where I live and has slightly more job opportunities than where I live. It can be slightly expensive due to sales tax and can be dangerous in some areas, but it seems like a decent area to move to.

Yes, I would be crazy enough to move to Alaska. Maybe it's because I am very introverted and don't really like hanging around people, but Alaska seems like one of those really beautiful places filled with nature.

Oregon is somewhere I considered moving as well, because they have mountains, and it's often quite overcast. It's also constantly leather jacket weather, which is great for me because I can't tolerate heat.

New York
New York is heartbreakingly expensive, but I have a soft spot for fast-paced city life and New York is one of those spots where everyone in the world wants to go.

Where would you consider moving in the US?
