My Workout Routine Now

I've been working out actively for about two years, but recently I've changed up my routine and thought I'd share what I do now.

I try to work out four days a week, and because my school schedule changes every semester, I have to shuffle days around so it's never a set routine.

Day 1: Gym-HIIT
The first day I work out of every week, I go to the gym and do a HIIT workout. My gym has a light that serves as a signal, and when it turns green, you put in as many exercises as you can, and when it turns red, you switch machines. This is my least favorite because people love to hog machines at my gym, but it's an effective workout for toning and building muscle. I do this for about 30 minutes.

Day 2 & 3 At home workout
On days 2 & 3, I tend to do an at-home workout. If I have class, I try to do them before class, but I can also do them when I get home. I used to do Yoga with Adriene, but I find Blogilates to be more fitting. I do one beginner workout from Blogilates each day, and it can range from 12 minutes to 30 minutes.

Day 4: Gym-Cardio
On the fourth day, I go back to the gym to do some cardio, usually on the treadmill. I used to exercise using the cardio setting, but recently switched to the weight loss and do this for 30 minutes.

This isn't really perfect, because unfortunately the gym does close on holidays, but when that happens I can make it up with a Blogilates workout.
