Glittery Lipgloss for the Holidays

by - Friday, December 21, 2018

If you can't wear glitter during the holidays, then when can you? I've done a few festive makeup edits, but thought I'd do a glittery lipgloss edit because it's the holidays and I love a good bit of glitter during this time of year.

Buxom Full-on Lip Polish in Princess
The Buxom Full-on Lip Polishes are different from their Lip Cream counterparts because they are very glittery-great for the holidays. Princess is essentially just a pale nude pink with a ton of glitter, and this lipgloss is also plumping-it tingles and feels minty, so beware if you have cracked or chapped lips.

Soap & Glory Sexy Motherpucker Lipgloss in Nudestar
Soap & Glory has become one of my favorite brands of all time as they do everything beauty-related now: makeup, body care, and skincare. Their Sexy Motherpucker Lipgloss is plumping, so again, watch out if you have chapped or cracked lips, but they are really quite beautiful. Nudestar is a pure nude pink that is 100% glittery and another perfect one for the holidays.

Butter London Plush Rush Lipgloss in Fireworks
This is my all time favorite glittery lipgloss from the high end as there is glitter, but it's not a pure glitterbomb. The Butter London Plush Rush Lipglosses are part of the Plush Rush range, and I have the shade Fireworks, which is a golden nude. The best part about this lipgloss is that it's subtle enough to wear to school.

Essence XXXL Lipgloss (discontinued)
Essence makes a lot of great, affordable products and this is no different. The XXXL Lipglosses are packed full with glitter, but they are wearable for school and work (unless your school and work has a strict dress code that says no glitter). Sadly, the XXXL lipglosses have been discontinued, but I do have three of them. Nude Kiss is my favorite and it's a nude pink, Glamour To Go is a slightly metallic golden nude, and Big Night Out is a glittery mauve.

What are your favorite glittery lipglosses?
