How I Work Out From Home

by - Tuesday, January 01, 2019

About a month ago, I cancelled my gym membership for several reasons, but the number one reason why I cancelled my gym membership is because I simply didn't have time to use it anymore. Working Monday-Friday cut down my chances on working out every day, and I just find that particular gym to not be challenging enough. I now work out from home, and I have a set routine for how I work out from home.

I exclusively use Blogilates, the channel by fitness expert Cassey Ho. She offers different levels of workouts, from beginner to advanced, and I love how challenging her workouts are. Even when whatever part I'm working out that day is screaming at me to stop, she just encourages you to keep going.

That being said, I do have a set routine because I work out 5 days a week for 20 minutes (roughly about 2 workouts scrubbed to the workout part)

Monday: Abs & Lower Abs
Tuesday: Arms & Lower Abs
Wednesday: Abs & Lower Abs
Thursday: Legs & Lower Abs
Friday: Abs & Lower Abs

The reason why I do lower abs every day is because it's an area of the body that's most commonly ignored, and I feel like it's good for some women who have a pooch (like me). In addition to lower abs, Cassey's ab workouts are so challenging, and my abs end up hurting the next day, but because she is so energetic, it makes it more tolerable.

That being said, that's my work out from home schedule for now.

Do you work out from home?
