On My Face #21-A Festive but Subtle Look

by - Tuesday, January 22, 2019

This is a festive look from last month, a simple but beautiful one.

Urban Decay Naked 2
This palette is pretty much chock full of neutrals, but it is versatile thanks to some darker colors like black and grey.  For my festive look, I used Half-Baked, which is the beautiful gold, and I also used Tease in the crease and outer corner.

Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Precision Liner
Just trying to use this up.

Tarte Tarteist Lash Paint
Hands down one of the best mascaras I've ever used.

Nyx Tame & Frame (shade Black)
The never-ending brow product. Seriously, how much do I need to use until it runs out?

Tarte Amazonian Cay Foundation (shade Fairly Light Neutral)
I've slowly been getting back with this foundation, and I remember why I loved it the first time. It's thick, full-coverage, and only needs a brush so it's easy to swipe on.

Shiseido Loose Powder
This powder was a gift, and even though it looks scarily white in the pan, it actually goes on translucent and is silky, not chalky and it doesn't make you look cakey at all.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush (shade Mood Exposure)
Mood Exposure is one of those products I will never get tired of. It's a lovely slightly red-toned subtle plum and it looks gorgeous both in the pan and on the face.

Korres Lip Butter (shade Wild Rose)
Does anyone remember when these blew up? The Lip Butters are quite beautiful-they feel comfortable and hydrating without being too oily, and Wild Rose is a soft, subtle red that can be built up.
