The Old Lip Products I Rate But Don't Use Anymore

by - Sunday, January 13, 2019

There are several lip products that I have, but don't use anymore because other cruelty-free lip products have replaced them. Of course, I'm trying to get some use out of these products, but here are the lip products that I really rate but don't use that much anymore.

Revlon Colorburst Lip Crayons
I have an entire plethora of Revlon Lip Crayons that I just don't use anymore, because I have better lip products, but I need to get more use out of them, especially Sultry, which is the most beautiful dusky rose shade. I own about nine of these, some from the Balm Stain line and some from the Lacquer Balm range.

Maybelline Color Elixirs
These have long since been discontinued, but I still keep them around, because they're a perfect opaque gloss-type lip product. My favorite color is personally Rose Redefined, which is a beautiful neutral rosy gloss. I own nine of these (a shocking amount)

Bourjois Aqua Laque in Apprechisant
I bought this to use a couple of times, only to put it away. However, I love the formula of the Aqua Laque and Apprechisant is a beautiful peachy pink.

Revlon Lip Butter
This has also long since been discontinued, but the Revlon Lip Butters are essentially opaque tinted lip balms. I have two of these: Berry Smoothie which is yet another beautiful dusky pink, and Strawberry Shortcake, a pale pink.

Do you have any old lip products in your collection?
